Based in the small town of Hardwick, Vermont, tucked in green mountains and fields surroundings, Ursa Major (meaning Great Bear in latin) prouds itself in embodying a slower way of life. After more than ten years of working in New York City, founders and life partners Oliver and Emily moved North to focus on simpler, healthier living. As they spent more time in the great outdoors, they were inspired to create in 2010 a line of natural grooming products free of synthetic chemicals and toxins. All Ursa Major products show a way to delightful, plant-powered skincare. No marketing-driven launch timelines, or multi-step routines, Ursa Major is obsessive about the craft, and formulate hard-working products that do more in less time so you can get out the door and enjoy what really counts.
